Service Description
Learn to play the guitar in a fun and interactive way with our Online Group Lessons at Guitar Your Way. In these classes, students can learn and practice alongside friends and family, all while enjoying a special discounted price. Lessons are 45 minutes long with up to 10 students at a time! Cancellation Policy
Guitar Your Way does not offer refunds, but rescheduling lessons is always an option if you have to cancel. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance in order to get a rescheduled lesson. An exception will be made for emergencies on the same day. If a lesson is canceled on the same day and there is no emergency, the lesson will not be rescheduled. If you purchased the Platinum Package, you may reschedule on the same day. Contact info@guitaryourway.com in case of an emergency. No-call-no-shows will also not be rescheduled. If you missed a lesson and there are remaining lessons that you need to receive and a new billing cycle has started, those lessons will be rolled over into the next paid cycle. It is your responsibility to book "make-up lessons" within your billing cycle. Contact Guitar Your Way at info@guitaryourway.com to schedule "make-up lessons" If an instructor needs to cancel for any reason, the lesson will be rescheduled. If there are any connection issues that prevent the completion of a lesson, it will be rescheduled. Your card will be securely left on file to be used for recurring transactions.
